Many congratulations to Lynne with Boris (Ch Madincrowd Gabriel JW) and Katy (Madincrowd Mercy Chant) for their brilliant results at the Welsh Kennel Club on 17 August 2019! Boris won the Dog Challenge Certificate and went on to become Best of Breed, whilst Katy won the Bitch Reserve Challenge Certificate.
Boris, Madincrowd Gabriel, has done it again! He was Best of Breed at the National Working & Pastoral Breed Championship Show which took place at Malvern on Saturday 13 July 2019. By winning at this show, Boris has qualified to represent Lancashire Heelers in the Vulnerable Native Breeds Competition which takes place at Crufts 2020. We are all so proud of him and thank you to Lynn for showing him so beautifully – we will be there rooting for you! Boris is Dora‘s brother and from our first Madincrowd litter
Pickle becomes a Champion Pickle or Rosepip Neteret Eset, entered as a Veteran, and won the Bitch Champion Certificate at South Wales Kennel Association Champ Show on 8 October 2017 under judge Maggy Jones. It was her third Champion Certificate, the other two she won under judge Roy Baker at Richmond in 2011 and Sue Pollock-Yule at Darlington in 2012. This now makes her a Champion and goes to show you never know whats round the corner, just believe in your dog and have fun! She was beaten to Best of Breed by her son Boris, Ch Madincrowd Gabriel JW, […]
Dora, Madincrowd Bathsheba JW, was Best of Breed at the Bournemouth Champ Show in August 2016, under judge Celia Vines. There was a good turn out and a party atmosphere round the ring – with some of us coming back to Pear Tree Cottage for a cream tea!
We are so proud to announce that Boris, Madincrowd Gabriel JW (aka Flash Harry in his younger days!) became the first Madincrowd Champion – subject to Kennel Club confirmation. Boris won his first Challenge Certificate under Keith Baldwin at South Wales Kennel Club Champ Show in 2015, then his second and third in quick succession in 2016 under Albert Wight at Welsh Kennel Club and David Cavill at Richmond – Boris was Best of Breed in all three wins as well. Our thanks to all the judges who thought so highly of him and especially to Lynn for showing him […]
Great day for the MadinCrowd family – Dora was Best Bitch at the Champ Show, though unfortunately no CCs for Heelers, and Dad Mouse was Best of Breed.
19.8.2015: A very wet and cold day at Gillingham & Shaftesbury Open Show but Dora was Best of Breed in the AVNSC Pastoral and then won Group 4 under judge Lynne Scott. After waiting until the bitter end for the Junior Warrant Qualifier Competition, Dora was one of the five picked to go forward to the Semi Finals at Discover Dogs in London – the first Heeler to have done so we believe! Our grateful thanks to Lynne Scott for thinking so highly of our little girl.
Thrilled with Dora who went Best of Breed and Best Puppy at the Bournemouth Champ Show today, 10.8.2014, with Uncle Bilbo getting the Reserve Best Dog. Poor little soul was exhausted by the end of a long hot day and was flagging by the time she had to be rushed from one Group to another, spending most of the time lying down and refusing to get up! Hey ho, that’s our Dora! We had the wonderful photo taken above by Alan Walker at the show.
Great day at the show in Dorset County Open Show in Dorchester on 27 July 2014 with Bilbo beating a range of fluffies to go Best of Breed AVNSC Pastoral and then topped it by getting G2 under judge Mr J Thomas! Very proud of our boy.
Had a lovely weekend, flying the Heeler flag at South West Working & Pastoral Breed Association Open Show in Weston-super-Mare with Bilbo where he was Best of Breed, then travelling on to Bristol to spend the night with Lynn & Charlie, Mouse, Ouzo and Boris (previously known as Flash Harry!). Boris remembered us and was so pleased to play with Bilbo and jump all over me, whilst Mouse was rather upset that I hadn’t brought Pickle along instead of Bilbo! We went up to Shenstone on the Sunday 4 May 2014 to go to the Lancashire Heeler Club Show and […]
